High-Performance Scams!

Beware!

Don't get me wrong, I love ebay®, but there are some people out there who are just out to make a buck. They prey on you because ebay® has such a good reputation, they have millions of auctions going on at the same time and, they draw millions of customers. So, they know that they can post the silliest crap for sale and get away with it.
Because the Ranger is the best selling small truck in the U.S. for the past 15 years, we Ranger owners are a HUGE target.

Here are my favorite scams posted on ebay®:

The "Ranger Custom Grille" is a $2 piece of expanded aluminum, available at any home improvement store!
The "Timing Chip" is not a chip. It is a 5¢ resistor! See the IAT Mod.
The "Ram-Air" is a piece of tin, some dryer duct and zip ties!
The "Oxygen Sensor Mod" is not a chip or other "device". It is another 5¢ resistor that fools your ECU in to thinking the engine is running lean! DANGEROUS because your ECU never knows engines true fuel mixture!
The "Nitrous "Minibooster©"" is nothing more than whip cream chargers and a length of hose!
...and don't even look at the "Electric Supercharger"! Read this!

if it has any negatives, proceed with caution...

if it is private, RUN!

The only reason their feedback is private is to conceal all their negative feedback!

Here is what ebay® says about feedback:
